Shipping- is calculated at checkout. Please contact us if you have any queries, if something seems wrong or you need us to ship to somewhere out of the ordinary.

Refunds and exchanges- for all online sales, customers have 14 days from the point of order to change their mind for any reason. Please advise us via our Contact Page within this timeframe if you want to cancel your order. After this period no refunds will be given.

We cannot exchange goods, so if you do want an alternative product please place this as a new order.

Unfortunately, due to our small size if you need to return something you've received because you've changed your mind this will be at your cost and we would strongly recommend recorded delivery in case there's any issues.

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Sizing- is included on every product page, but if you ever need something double checking please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to answer any queries for you. Please note we try to be true to size; our products are generally a modern medium cut so if you want something roomier you might want to look at the dimensions of the size up before ordering.
